The MARSYAS recorders
MARSYAS is an independent make of recorder. They are instruments which are close to the baroque sound ideal. They have a very light response (easy top register) and are very popular with amateur players for this reason.
The recorders were developed by Heinz Ammann, Wollerau, and are manufactured at Küng Recorders, tuned and finished by hand by Christoph Trescher. Soprano, alto and tenor are available in various woods including exotic woods.
