QNG - Quartet New Generation - low quartet

The wellknown QNG - Quartet New Generation - records a Mozart piece with the low Kung SUPERIO recorders. A commission of Kung for the celebrations of their 75 anniversary.

This is the QNG 's statement to the subbass:

"Der Subbass ist eine absolute Bereicherung unseres Instrumentariums und egal wie viele Flöten wir schon dabei haben, der Subbass muss auch noch mit! Er ist in jedem Repertoire einsetzbar, sei es nun im Renaissanceconsort, einem Choral, einem Tango oder einem ganz modernen Stück! Er ist einfach ein tolles Fundament!"

(This means that the Kung subbass has to be taken with them on all their tours, as this instrument is an enrichment and can be played in every repertory, together with renaissance instruments, in a choral, a tango or in a contemporary piece of music..)
