CLASSICA
|
The CLASSICA were designed by Franz Küng in about 1945. And they have remained unchanged since then. It is a design that was considered even then to be quite bold and daring in the recorder world. This remains so today with its popularity unchanged. Indeed, the baroque style has been fashionable for many years and continues to be so. But the design is not the only decisive factor for the acceptance of this instrument. The real reason why we are discontinuing the production of the CLASSICA is its mesure and the relevant problems with pitch and response, the effect of which was noticeable in particular in sizes from the bass upwards. Now we have found a worthy successor in the shape of the SUPERIO range which is now available from soprano to sub-bass.
